    "Great location for access to the beach and to the old town as well as access to Gros. Checkin and checkout very efficient. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Room was a bit disappointing - shows signs of wear and windows do not open which is too bad. Booked a classic double room (some seemed to have balconies but not ours). Upstairs neighbors very noisy so difficult to sleep for 2 nights (soundproofing could be better bc we heard them walking around). Parking is a challenge - plan on adding 25-30..."
