Looking for a comfy space to spend time with friends and family? 10 minutes from Seacliff State Beach and 12 minutes to Nisene Marks, this sunny home is comfortable home base for your next adventure. Why not just hang out by 1 of 3 fireplaces with your crew? Swimming from May-September with a heating option October-April. Enjoy dining for 8 inside or on the patio. So close to the sea, but above the foggier lower elevations. Family friendly!



BEDS: 3 king beds with memory foam mattresses. 3 twin beds, including a trundle bed, each with memory foam mattresses.



KITCHEN: Well stocked with PFAS-free cookware.



ENSUITE: Rocking chair, Ceiling fan, private gas fireplace, large walk-in closet, lounge area with sofa & coffee table, 4K Smart TV with many streaming options, and a private bathroom.



BABY ITEMS: High chair & Pack `n Play.



FOR THE KIDS: Camping toys complete with play tent, beach toys, pool basketball hoop.



POOL: Enclosed for kid safety. Find pool towels, lounge chairs, and a pool basketball hoop provided for your enjoyment. Solar pool heating system has the pool comfortable for swimming from April-September. Propane heating is expensive, but available October-March with daily fees ranging from $160-450 per night depending on the time of year and number of days.



OFFICE SPACE: Separate enclosed office in the the mini-cottage overlooking the pool.



You will have access to the entire property including the swimming pool (April-September), outdoor lounge areas, outdoor dining table & chairs, and a mini cottage overlooking the pool. Mini cottage features an office space, lounge space, and yoga mats.



We’re available should you need anything, but we give guests their space.



Located in a sunny section of Aptos Hills. You will be in family neighborhood in the country, but still just a few minutes drive to all modern conveniences, shops, beaches, and more. The neighborhood is especially vigilant about maintaining the quiet hours from 10 PM and will reach out to us should any disturbance beyond this time occur.



Country setting with winding roads. A sharp turn is required to reach the home.

Great get away

Sean and Wendy are wonderful hosts. They are friendly and had good communication with us. Their home worked great for our staff planning retreat of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). The home is well cared for, plenty of space, comfortable beds and a nicely supplied kitchen. We appreciated the larger dining room table and family room that fit us all. Oh, and bonus - the sunsets were amazing!

Amazing Property!

We visited family in Santa Cruz and this house, the landscaping, pool and all the amenities were amazing! There are many options for food and grocery delivery nearby and the house came fully stocked. Even the pots and pans were plentiful and new for cooking. The feedback with the owners was great and timely. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our kids loved the pool and the lizards that visited the property. They can’t wait to come back. This is our 4th trip to Santa Cruz and this is our top stay here - hands down!

Poolside Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! The house was big enough to accommodate 6 kids and 2 adults without everyone being on top of each other. The house was well stocked and had a nice flow to it! The outdoor area and the pool were extremely peaceful and the serene. Our host was communicative, attentive, and helpful. Thanks Sean and Wendy!!!

Beautiful Getaway

The hosts were patient and responsive to our inquiries. The home was cozy, comfortable, clean and well stocked with essentials! Our mornings were met with deer sightings and hummingbirds bathing in the fountain on the patio. And finally the most memorable was the beautiful sunset!
