「Hello,We wanted to follow up regarding the issues we experienced during our stay from Dec. 22nd -Friday, Dec. 26th. While we truly enjoyed the location of the propery and enjoyed being together as a family, several problems occured druing our stay that significantly disrupted our time in the home.
