「The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. 「We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again.」

「Although this property is a very small condo bedrooms right next to each other not good for couples. It’s great for families. Everything you need is there and you really are right in front of the ocean. The neighbors were friendly a few simple restaurants in walking distance and the whales were amazing. Parking can be a little rough, but I would definitely come to this property again it’s not the most inexpensive, but it’s definitely worth it.」

「This house had great accommodations for our party of six. We really enjoyed the open living room and kitchen area, and especially the pool table. The deck was also very nice and had sun on it all day. Short walk to beach and boardwalk, cute neighborhood with quaint beach houses, short walk to convenience store, coffee shop, food, and local bars. Would stay here again.」

「Great stay! The property is well kept. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was organized with plenty of dishes and cookware. Backyard area was a lovely ivy walled hideaway. Amazing proximity to the beach a wagon for use to carry our things back and forth. Cottage was cozy but enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens to be together, and still have space. And there is parking! A sweet place for a nice vacation! 」

「Our family of nine, adult kids and grandkids, stayed for a week. The home and location was perfect! Everything needed for the beach was provided; towels, boogies boards, wagon, chairs, etc. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed and the living area was very comfortable. 「We love this house. It is 1/2 block from the beach with lots of places to walk to. Tide pools are at the end of 16th Ave. We all go our seperate ways during the day, but come together for dinner. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together. However, we noticed the smoke detectors were missimg upstairs. Looking forward to renting again next year. 」

"Close to the sea shore and Walmart. We enjoyed beutiful sunset over the horizon in the Pacific. We hoped to see the green light but no avail. Oraange juice served for the breakfast was watered down, much less tasty. Cost reduction overtime was surprising."

"ad read reviews saying that the walls were thin and the room was noisy, and that the bed was never made during the three days, but I never thought I would actually experience either of those things. What's more, when I tried to leave the room early in the morning, the door to the front building was locked... I thought the atmosphere and location of the facility were not bad, but even though it was the weekend of Monterey Car Week, I was disappointed that I spent over 200,000 yen for three nights and received such poor service."
