「ad read reviews saying that the walls were thin and the room was noisy, and that the bed was never made during the three days, but I never thought I would actually experience either of those things. What's more, when I tried to leave the room early in the morning, the door to the front building was locked... I thought the atmosphere and location of the facility were not bad, but even though it was the weekend of Monterey Car Week, I was disappointed that I spent over 200,000 yen for three nights...

「Perfectly located walking distance to beach, boardwalk and downtown. Hotel was clean and well maintained, rooms were spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again」

「This is a nice hotel, great location for families; you're very close to the boardwalk and the wharf. I will def be back. The sunrise from the balcony was a nice touch, and at night, when it's quiet, you can hear the ocean. Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Popcorn was available in the afternoons, and coffee and tea were available all the time. Oh yeah, the breakfast is a nice addition as well. We ended up walking to downtown for dinner, which wasn't too far.」

「Very convenient to access the Ramsay Park Family Center and shopping stores(e.g. Target). My children enjoyed pool there. The hotel's employees were so kind and helpful when we had some troubles in the trip. I recommend this hotel to my friends. I want to to use this hotel again.」

「Simple but adequate breakfast was good. Parking was tight. Hotel should ask guests to park their cars properly since some cars were taking up two spaces with one car.」

「歯磨きとかだけ欲しかったけど」

「ホテルはキレでいいが、パジャマもバスローブ アメニィティーも無く困った シャワーブースで清掃不備がありました」

「スタッフの対応が100点満点でした。」

「Other than the thick layer of dust on the ceiling fan, the room was nice, clean, and quiet.」
