"Great hotel! Loved the location because it’s accessible via a less busy road. Parking was a breeze. Check-in was fast and efficient. The concierge was also helpful and pleasant. Rooms are amazingly spacious and clean. Didn’t use the pools but they looked fun. Buffet breakfast was very good and lots of seating was available. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Everything about the Casino and Hotel was fantastic! The service, accomodations and staff attitude was excellent . It is a beautiful property in a very cultural environment, rich with history. I would highly recommend this establishment to any and all who enjoy comfort and hospitality on a fun and relaxing retreat."

"We loved our stay! Our kids loved the pool and we loved the views! The rooms are older and there are lots of cosmetic issues we noticed (cracking paint, peeling wall paper, etc), but the beds were super comfortable and everything worked as it should. Prices at the restaurant were high for the food, but that’s expected at a hotel. Our only complaint the whole stay was chicken cooked at the restaurant that was rock hard. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back next time we visit Gatlinburg. "
