「Excellent stay. Everything was fantastic. Thank you.」

「We had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Canberra Campbell and couldn’t recommend it more highly! The staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They kindly allowed us to check in early when we were picking up our new puppy, Matcha, which made the whole experience so much easier.

There was some construction work going on in the surrounding area, which required a bit of extra walking, but overall it was a wonderful stay.」

Several staff members were friendly, which made a good impression. Some aspects might depend on personal sensitivity — for example, the early morning noise from the garbage collection truck, the ventilation sound from the ground-floor restaurant until around 11:30 p.m., the shower temperature adjustment, an unexpected fire alarm, and the Wi-Fi...
