「I came to Guatemala for an international conference and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. What particularly impressed me was the wild birds that visited the hotel every morning, allowing me to enjoy a delicious breakfast surrounded by them. I also spent pleasant times in the well-maintained courtyard. The room cleaning was very thorough every day. The staff were all very friendly.」

The hiel is very quiet and peaceful with a stunningly beautiful garden and patio. It’s a short walk to the Santa Catalina arch and very close to the entry point for the hike to Cerro de la Cruz. 」

「Super clean room, well maintained property very pretty. Make sure you check out the rooftop deck. It was probably one of the best views in the city. The staff was beyond courteous, friendly, and helpful. Upon arriving and deporting, I used their car service for $50 each way to the airport that was approximately an hour and a half away. Glad I did, especially on the departure. They are experienced friendly driver navigated us there on time.」

「We stayed at Porta hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Always when we stay there, we are very impressed because of the excellent and professional service. For example, a waitress told me my reservation included breakfast just for 2 adults when we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, but it was wrong because i had booked it with 3 breakfast so I told her about it and they didn't charge any extra. 「Nice place to stay with spacious and clean rooms and friendly staff. Quite close to coffee shops, tour providers, restaurants, etc. yet a bit away from the more crowded centers. Nice breakfast included in the price of the room. 」
