The hotel has been remodeled, and it is now very nice! However, breakfast is off-site, which is not a problem, but not as convenient. The rooms were clean, staff was nice. I enjoyed the new garden area. Good value for the money. I will stay there again!

Great location. Very clean and the service was wonderful. The one and only complaint I have was the beds. They were horrible. I wasn’t the only one to feel this way. I lost a little sleep. I noticed that one of the guests had actually gone and gotten all the cushions off the couch. I just used all my pillows.

Our room was on the second floor during Easter week and the noise for breakfast was right outside our room at 6:00 am. The hotel was pretty and the view was nice, but our room was so noisy 6-10 every morning and it didn't feel private because we could hear every conversation right outside our door (like 2 feet from the door there were 50 people eating breakfast). Just don't have an upstairs room and it would be nicer.

Cute hotel and great location. Very clean. No breakfast. The big problem is sound-proofing. At least in the newer part of the hotel, every step on the upper level resonates deeply on the lower rooms. Single paned windows and flimsy doors don't help either. You can hear every conversation from guests in the corridors, every interaction of the staff on walkie-talkies, etc. Staff is correct, but not particularly corteous.

I came to Guatemala for an international conference and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. What particularly impressed me was the wild birds that visited the hotel every morning, allowing me to enjoy a delicious breakfast surrounded by them. I also spent pleasant times in the well-maintained courtyard. The room cleaning was very thorough every day. The staff were all very friendly.
