Das Haus ähnelt eher einer Ruine als einem Ferienhaus. In der Vorderfassade sind 2 der 3 Türen mit Faserplatten statt Glas ausgestattet. An der Vorderfassade steht ein weiteres Gerüst. Die Seitenfassade ist baufällig und wird durch ein Band abgegrenzt. Sicherheit? Auf dem Belvilla-Gelände werden abwechselnd Fotos von zwei verschiedenen Häusern verwendet: eines von la petite ferme und eines von la grande ferme. Die Nachbarschaft ist überhaupt nicht auf die Anwesenheit junger Menschen am Wohnort abgestimmt. Nach kaum ein paar Stunden Anwesenheit beschwerte sich ein Nachbar über Lärm; am selben Abend noch ein Nachbar Polizei... Einige Zimmer werden noch renoviert, einige haben nicht einmal ein Fenster. Die Küche sieht altmodisch aus; die Elektroherde arbeiten sehr langsam; vor allem, wenn Sie für eine große Gruppe kochen müssen. Der einzige Gemeinschaftsbereich ist das Refektorium, das sehr klein und sehr laut ist. Der Garten ist für eine so große Gruppe sehr klein.

Zunächst möchte ich sagen, dass der Besitzer ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Herr ist. Das Haus hatte seine guten Seiten und seine schlechten Seiten. Selbst wenn ich das Haus vorher gesehen hätte, hätte ich es wahrscheinlich nicht gemietet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das ist schön. Der Speisesaal ist gut, der Garten ist sehr schön und die Extras Whirlpool und Sauna und der Billardtisch sind sehr cool. Das Wohnzimmer war jedoch sehr klein und außerdem nicht mit dem Rest des Hauses verbunden. Der Raum wurde also nicht genutzt. Und einige Zimmer waren nicht verfügbar, obwohl wir dies aufgrund der Buchung und der bereitgestellten Informationen vermutet hatten.

Fijn huis, voldoende ruimte, ideal voor een grote groep met kinderen (geweldige, veilige tuin). Jammer genoeg hadden we de tweede dag geen warm water, maar de eigenaar heeft het problem relatief snel kunnen oplossen (vrijdagochtend geen warm water/zaterdagvoormiddag gerepareerd). Zeer vriendelijke, toegankelijke eigenaar trouwens!Wij zouden dit huis zeker opnieuw huren.
