「Highly recommend August House. The rooms in this heritage home are clean and beautiful with a minimalist, pine aesthetic. The breakfast is buffet with local bread, granola, berries, scrambled eggs, etc. The staff are very helpful. There is a sauna and several shared spaces. The rooms have no TV. The bed was very comfortable and the tub was deep. 」

「This is the most amazing place. A hidden gem. We only had a reservation for one night. We couldn't extend as the Cresthaven was booked which was unfortunate for my husband and me. Cathrine and Warren, our hosts, went out of their way to make our stay the very best. We arrived late in the evening. The local restaurant was closed. The next nearest place was over a half hour away. Cathrine volunteered to make us a chicken salad for dinner instead of us driving to the nearest town. That was...
