"The room was cozy and comfortable. We had an issue with the television and it was resolved within minutes of our call to the front desk. Wonderful customer service. We arrived late and check in was quick and efficient. Very conveniently located! Would highly recommend."

"This is an airport express hotel so we were not expecting a restaurant, which is good because they do not have one! That said, they have a great breakfast buffet which is included! The room was clean, and the staff were exceptional! This is a kid friendly hotel, they have an indoor pool, which is very well used by families with small kids. The shuttle from the airport is very reliable and frequent."

"The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is dated and not just aesthetically. It needs a deep clean (literally) and refresh throughout. The conference level with pool had an unpleasant smell (not chlorine, a mix of other things - like water damage/mold). The orange/brown carpets in our room was worn and did not seem to be as clean as it should be. It has potential but I will not be staying here again. "
