「Everything was clean! Really enjoyed my stay」

「The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside.
