Wonderful accommodations for the five of us. Very spacious and comfortable. The ping pong table was a big hit and we all slept comfortably. Great place to stay when you’re visiting Ann Arbor!
House is very nice and comfortable, spacious , kitchen is equipped with everything needed. Myself and family ready enjoyed our stay at this house. I would stay here again when in this area.
Lots of space throughout homeWas able to relaxTeally enjoyed the tv room w fireplace .Played some cornholeJeff and Diane were very accommodating We got there early they were still cleaning but let us drop a few things in the fridge ao it wouldnt spoil
The house, stocked with indoor and outdoor games for our kids, was a perfect fit. The ping pong table was a big hit, as were the lightning bugs in the backyard. When a severe thunderstorm caused a power outage at the house, the owners were very communicative and helpful...to the point of bringing over a generator! We all loved our stay there. Thank you, Jeff and Diane!!
Stayed with a group of friends for an annual long -weekend -tune-fest. Played acoustic music and visited and had a great time. We cooked 7 meals and found that this place has every kitchen tool and utensil you could possibly need. And after you’ve had all the fun you can stand, the bedrooms are wonderfully comfy and roomy. This is our second time staying here and would love to come back next year. There is a huge back yard and deck - we didn’t use it this year but it’s nice to have it. Definitely worth every penny.
We were extremely happy with our week long stay! We had a 3 month old and a 20 month old with us and we were delighted that a high chair and washer/dryer were provided. The nice backyard was wonderful for the toddler! The adults in our group had a ping pong tournament on a couple of rainy days! The king bed suite (where the little ones stayed with their parents) was perfect as it was a quiet place for naps, away from the living area/tv. We cooked all of our own meals and the kitchen was well equipped! I would definitely recommend this lovely offering!
Our stay at Jeff and Diane’s property worked out very well for us. We were there for a surgery at University of MI hospital and we wanted a place near the hospital and had room for family members to visit. It filled the bill perfectly for us with 4 bedrooms and spacious dining, kitchen and living areas. Good place to prepare for the surgery and have time for recuperation after. The bonus for us was that the home is in a great neighborhood and is really close to the Huron River with some great trails to enjoy the area. We also enjoyed exploring Ann Arbor and learned a lot about the city environment and restaurants that we hadn’t seen in previous “just passing through “ visits in the past.
Jeff & Diane were very good hosts and we would definitely utilize this property again.
Everything was at least as good as they showed in the pictures and , actually, it was BETTER than they could communicate with mere photos. We were a group of 8 older guys gathering to play acoustic music for 3 days and I can't say much about the area because we NEVER LEFT THE PROPERTY. And we were sorry come Sunday morning when we did have to leave. We LOVE this place and hope to come back often.
We cooked all our meals and found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen.
Jeff and Diane were very quick to respond to any questions --- we didn't have any problems but if we had, I'm sure they would have been right there to respond.
Good spot, hosts easy to work with and accommodating. Lots of space!!!

Wonderful home! Clean, bigger than expected, and felt like home to stay there. The yard and deck in the back are beautiful and a real bonus! We loved our stay!
A wonderful place to stay. House is design and a way that the bedrooms are on one side and the living area on another. It is absolutely fully stopped and the owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
Wonderful house.. close to downtown, ping ping, large table that whole family could sit at. Property owner very responsive. Looking forward to staying again. Would surely recommend.
Lovely, spacious home; thoughtfully (and often luxuriously) equipped; well-located; hospitable, communicative hosts; reasonably priced. Our party of five included three generations - from 89 to teens -- and all found it a wonderful place to stay, and an excellent home base for Ann Arbor adventures. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Immaculate, spacious, seamless, check-in, and checkout process. Very convenient to all the activities on campus. I highly recommend this property anyone visiting the University in Michigan. Go blue!
Love this property. Lovely couple who
Own it are quick to respond, and very sweet. This is our second stay and we will be back! Added bonus Michigan won the national while we were there!
Last time they won was in 1997! Go Blue ❤️

Our family stayed here together while we attended a wedding in Ann Arbor. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. We stayed for four nights so used all the facilities:) We played ping pong and corn hole, sat on the front porch and back deck and did laundry. Loved the large kitchen and table where we could all sit together for meals. Loved the propane ourdoor firepit too. We sat around it on the last night watching the fireflies. My father has COPD on continuous oxygen so this was a wonderful place for all of us to gather with him. Thank you Diane and Jeff! We made memories that will last.
