"First the hotel Manager was great. She resolved my issue. But the issue is so bad I had to write a review to warn other travelers. I am a type 1 diabetic. The mini refrigerator froze my insulin supply. Hard lesson to learn. However, the hotel admitted the cleaning staff are supposed to check all rooms during cleanings to make sure the refrigerators are set correct. I have spent an entire day trying to get new insulin so I don't end up in a hospital. I'll never trust a refrigerator...

"We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and have been very happy. The last two years that we have stayed the service has been lacking. If you're staying only one night you're fine. If you stay for more than one-night, good luck in getting clean towels, your trash emptied or your bed changed. The excuses we have been given is that they don't have enough towels because people take them, or enough housekeeping staff. I will say that the housekeeping staff work very hard. These...
