There is no Wi-Fi available in the house.



Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.



There is no daily cleaning service, but it can be requested for an additional fee. Please feel free to contact us in advance to arrange this.



Small pets are allowed with prior approval. Rules apply and an additional fee per pet will be charged.



RULES:

Pets are not allowed to sleep on the beds, sofa, or any furniture in the accommodation.



You must remove all food upon departure, dispose of the garbage, and leave used bed linen and towels in the shower.



Smoking is strictly prohibited, whether tobacco or other substances. Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not allowed on the property.



Violation of the rules will result in a penalty.



Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. You may be required to provide official identification on the day of check-in or during your stay.



The house is suitable for families, children, and pets. It is located in the town of Angoustrine, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The town of Puigcerdà is nearby, less than 6.4 km away (about 12 minutes), where you can enjoy family activities and a variety of dining options.



Check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your reservation. Upon departure, please clean the accommodation and leave it in a suitable condition that does not require excessive cleaning.



Bed linen and towels are included. Tablecloths, napkins, and kitchen towels are not included.
