"Abhorrent staff. I booked a stay for June which I immediately noticed was booked incorrectly for May instead. I was on the phone with them within 10 minutes of the booking to cancel/change my stay and the staff was extremely rude and would not refund me ANY of my money. On top of that the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I would avoid this place like the plague, they will try and swindle you."

Was disappointed that the room was quite warm as the A/C wasn't switched on and needed to be done centrally. Also the hot water in the room was rather limited.
