「The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with smiles every morning and they did everything to make our stay memorable. Freshly squeezed juice on arrival with cooling towels which were very welcome considering the heat. Food was great and the margaritas exceptional. Close to everything.
Only drawback was the proximity to one of the hostels, making it a bit noisy in the evening. 」
「Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much.

「The hostel location is great, really close to everything. Nice place with a small swimming pool and common area. The staff super friendly. I joined to a sunset tour in tuktuk, it was way better than a big tour I had somewhere else. I totally recommend this place. Only thing is that they turn off the AC from 10am to 6pm Wich didn't bother me since I was outside, and didn't feel that hot in December.」

My daughter enjoyed swimming at the roof top. It is a perfect size for kids and food there was great! It was nice that I could enjoy my drink, and my daughter could enjoy her fish and chips while we enjoy swimming pool.
The place is close the pub street and we were able to walk to the night market. 」
