The staff was amazing and helpful. I tend to be an off the cuff traveler who plans things at the last minute. They were extraordinary helpful with giving me several options to explore the city and the surrounding temples. Secondly, my flight was delayed and I was not able to leave at the normal checkout time. They were able to provide me a later checkout with minimal fuss. They strive to make the guest experience here the best possible and whenever I come back to Siem Reap, I plan on booking with them again.

Throughout my journey across Southeast Asia, I’ve encountered some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met, and the staff at Golden Butterfly truly exemplifies the caring, warm, and welcoming nature I’ve experienced in Cambodia. If I could give this place six stars, I absolutely would. The kindness and hospitality of the staff made my stay especially memorable, and the convenient access to so many great restaurants made the location even better. When I return to Siem Reap, there’s no question where I’ll be staying—Golden Butterfly. The warmth of the staff and the overall experience were simply unmatched. Highly recommended!

I put high review rate considering the value provided for the price paid. The hôtel is super clean with all what you need in the room for your stay. Again considering the price paid. The most important is the welcome, the smile and the willingness to help from the staff. And this is unique and priceless! As shared in other reviews, yes the hôtel is perfectly localised near the night Market and the purple street. And yes also, it seems to have a school just near which can bring some noise early in the morning (but this did not not bother us as we were leaving very early). I recommand this hôtel.

Clean room, excellent staff. Some rooms are located close to a school and activities can be heard early (6:30am) as well as some club music at night but if you're ok with noise it's not distracting.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a great spot - close to many nice restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. They apologized in advance about the school besides the hotel- which can be loud at times during the day, but it was bearable. I would stay here again!
