「I had a fantastic stay at Soben Cafe and Guest House. From the friendly greeting to the immaculate, cozy room, everything was flawless. The inviting ambiance and considerate staff made me feel completely at ease. 「Stayed at Baray Siem Reap House for four days, and everything about our stay was great. Our host was available to help us with recommendations, tuk tuk, and friendly advice every step of the way. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip, and cost significantly less than some of the other places we stayed. The room wasn't 5-star, but was way more than we normally get in this price range, and was very clean and spacious. The market is a 5 minute $2 tuk tuk ride away, and there is some decent...

「Zero but for the neighborhood, run of the mill. The hotel was closed when I arrived on Thursday 17th, 2022, due to covid, nobody, not even the name, anymore. I had received zero notification but I had paid 4 nights I intend to get a refund for from Expedia which didn't notify me either ! 」

「The hosts were wonderful and so kind. The owner was very kind as well. The food was delicious and very affordable. The rooms were clean. And it’s very close to Angkor Wat, as well as the city center. Excellent service! It’s also walkable to some of the nearby restaurants and cafes. They also do tuk tuk tours to Angkor Wat, which I also highly recommend. Cannot wait to stay here again up my return to beautiful Siem Reap! 」

「このホテルに決めたのか、私の滞在をとても楽しくしてくれました。すべてが便利な場所にあり、何と言っても、ホテルスタッフが親切。設備もいいし、清潔。部屋の広さもちょうどいい。おすすめです。日本語対応出来る旅行会社も近く、日本語を話せるtuktukドライバーにも出会え、最高でした。」

"夏休みシーズンであるにも関わらず、価格に対するサービス満足度は高い。チップを要求されることも無く安心してサービスを受けられた。朝食は想像したよりも種類は少ない。主菜は4〜5種類程度。その他にパン類とオープンキッチンの麺と卵料理がある。プールはあったが、写真から想像するよりも小さい。誰も泳いでいる人はいなかった。アメニティは、歯ブラシ、クシ、綿棒、シャワーハット、石鹸。ひげ剃りがあるとよかった。また、私の宿泊した部屋だけかもしれないが、湯舟の栓が緩く、お湯をはってもだんだんと減ってきてしまうのは残念。全体的には、満足度の高いホテルであった。繁華街に近いのもよい。"

"王の別荘が横にあり目の前が広場で落ち着いた場所にあり、ベランダ付きの広々とした部屋、ホテルの方も親切でプールも楽しめました。とてもよかったです！ホテル付近に沢山のレストランはないですがヘリテージウォークというモールがあり、スタバやドミノピザなどがあります。ここからオールドマーケット付近へはトゥクトゥクで2ドルでした。ラッフルズの横に大きいスーパーがあり、買い物をしました。 "

"どのスタッフも対応がとても良かった英語は勿論、クメール語の翻訳ソフトを活用した私たちにも親切に対応くださいました。ホテルのジムやプールも清潔でした。朝食では、その場で調理頂ける料理がいくつかあり温かい食事を頂けました。掃除スタッフも皆さん笑顔で挨拶してくださるので、ホテル全体とても明るい気持ちになります。また、アジア以外ヨーロッパ？アメリカ？の方々も多くいらっしゃるようでした。周辺はホテルから少し行くとスーパーやコンビニがあったり、近くにもホテルがいくつがあり、観光客対応に慣れていると感じました。また、泊まりたいホテルです"
