"I ended up staying at Madison Crown Hotel for five nights during my trip to the Philippines, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Unfortunately, due to the record-breaking heavy rain, most of my plans had to be canceled, which meant I spent much more time at the hotel than I had originally expected. However, that also gave me the opportunity to really appreciate how comfortable and well-managed the hotel is. I arrived on an early morning flight and reached the hotel well before the usual check-in time, but the staff handled my early check-in very smoothly, which I greatly appreciated. The facilities were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The shower also had excellent water pressure and temperature, so I had no issues at all with the facilities during my five-night stay. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I felt that the overall standard of service was exceptionally high and professional. I also had the opportunity to meet and speak with the hotel’s CFO during my stay. He was very friendly and approachable, and I found him to be a genuinely charming and impressive person. Although the weather made this trip very different from what I had originally planned, Madison Crown Hotel made my stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Pampanga."

"部屋はシンプルかつ清潔です。冷蔵庫もあります。無料ボトルウォーター2本が備えてあり、歯ブラシや石鹸、シャンプーといったアメニティも揃っていて快適でした。すぐ隣にはコンビニもあり便利な立地です。ただ近くのBarが深夜まで営業しているせいか、その音楽が騒がしく、しばらく眠りを妨げられました。"
