Elegant apartments located on the hill of “Pinamare” on Cape Mele between Laigueglia and Andora.
The villa, built many decades ago and later expanded by the construction of the “Mirò” and “Matisse” apartments, is equipped with internet connection, air conditioning, heating, washing machines and a large shared garden. The two houses are furnished with antique furniture and paintings that evoke memories of the past.
Easily accessible on foot via an underpass that crosses the Aurelia, is the beautiful beach “Rocce di Pinamare.”
The “Mirò” apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining room, independent kitchen, sea-side terrace and private garden equipped for outdoor dining. The private garden is furnished with a dining table, deck chairs/sun beds and a Jacuzzi for five people.
Easily accessible from the house, about 500 meters away, is the renowned “Sporting Club Pinamare” with tennis courts, paddle and swimming pool.
Nearby is the “Golf club Garlenda”, as well as the popular town of Alassio with its nightlife and prestigious boutiques.
To the west about 3km away is the beautiful village of Cervo, famous for classical music concerts.
The accommodation is about 100 km from the airports of Nice and Genoa, and just a 7-minute drive from Andora train station.
In the port of Andora, also within walking distance, motorboats can be rented with or without a license.
