「El desayuno bien, completo. En el proceso del check in nos pidieron datos completos de la tarjeta de crédito y los anotaron en un papel, eso no me gustó y no me pareció que respete la privacidad del cliente. Le dijimos a los recepcionistas y nos dijeron que siempre lo hacen. El departamento muy lindo y en ingreso rápido y cómodo. La vista a la montaña no vale la pena pagarla」

「No se entiende, No te dan jabón ni shamppo, Inclusive te dicen que te dan una muestra para el primer día, reclamamos que no había y no nos lo dieron, Domingo nos prometieron cambio de toallas y no lo hicieron, había que rogar para que nos den papel higiénico, Tan caro es el papel, jabón y shampoo? Pedimos para irnos una hora mas tarde y nos dieron media hora. El resto ok, falta empatía」

She not only takes care of the room but make sure you enjoy around the area with practical information from where to eat to where to go for tours! The place is quiet and conveniently close to major places within walking distance. I will love to comeback! 」

「This place is so beautiful the pictures can’t capture all of its beauty. The charm, style and architecture is luxurious and unique. All of the staff were friendly, patient and helpful with arranging tours and transportation. They cooked breakfast every morning which was tasty and convenient. The location is a short walk from the basilica and red tour bus stop which made it easy to visit tourist attractions in the area. This was truly a home away from home and I enjoyed every moment of it!」

「Where do I begin? Well, let's start with the most obvious and important thing: the warm hospitality my wife and I received from the 100% Premium staff. Speaking of the hotel, I found it fascinating. The excellent decor and the combination of rustic and metal materials create a very welcoming, medieval feel. The breakfasts were also very good. The fantastic location close to great restaurants and shopping etc. I recommend it 100%. 5 stars.」
