「The location was perfect for us as we explored/adventured on Lake Shasta and in Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The unit had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy, and it was really clean. Check-in/out instructions were clear and very simple. I would definitely recommend this for visitors to this beautiful area who want to be off the beaten path. 」

「The house was excellent. All the rooms were roomy. We could of definitely had 3 or 4 more people and not been cramped. Patio was awesome . Everything we needed was there. Had a couple of questions and Mellisa responded very quickly. Would rent this house again.」

「Wonderful location on the river and very good accommodations. The host was very responsive and most helpful.If you plan on booking, take note that the unit has the funkiest thermostat where you gently slide your finger up/down along the right side to adjust the temp. Tap once and slide to change the mode.」

「Awesome location, right on the river. Huge windows that over looks the river, plenty of space to spread out with the family. The host put up a Christmas tree and it really added to the space. Will definitely consider if we go back to the area.」

「There's so much good to say about our stay. The accommodations were gorgeous, and so much thought was put into every detail of the room, it was just gorgeous. The property itself was beautiful, and a nice place to hike. Lastly, the breakfast was perfect. They served rustic sheet pancakes which were fluffy and delicious with fruit baked into them. On the side was some honeydew melon and a scramble of polish sausage, onion and apple. Absolutely delicious.」

「Everything we needed! Modern, clean, in a fairly quiet neighborhood, with amenities and easy access to I-5. Comfy beds, efficient heating, well-stocked kitchen. Did I say clean? So clean. It was too wet during our short stay, but the backyard looked like a charming space to hang out.」
