Archery tournament

We had a large group and there were plenty of bathrooms and sleeping arrangements to house us all. We cooked as a large group nearly every night and got to enjoy the pool hot tub and most of all the deck over the river. Great property

INCREDIBLE!!

A perfect place for family get-togethers! The home is spacious and comfortable for a big group, with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was equipped well for big meals. The grounds are beautiful, being right on the river with awesome views from many rooms. Neighborhood is quiet. Would love to stay here during the summer, when the weather is warmer.

Our group of three families (6 adults, 7 kids ages 3-15) had a great time staying here for a late-summer getaway. We had plenty of room for our group by renting all three buildings - though it might have been tricky if we'd all had younger kids who wanted to have their parents right nearby, since two of the rooms with larger beds are in the stand-alone cottages. We LOVED the pool and the lovely riverfront location, though we didn't really get into the river itself; there wasn't a beach, per se, and the current was very strong, so we played it safe. We had some challenges with a few of the appliances (mainly dishwasher and clothes dryer), but none of them were too troubling, and we shared all of the info with the property managers on checkout so they could address for subsequent guests. We used the house as a base location for outings to the Shasta Caverns, Lassen National Park, Turtle Bay Exploration Park, and the nearby Anderson River Park. All were great to visit!

This businessman is deplorable. There were multiple problems and lack of amenities that were noted in the ad. There were people living on the property directly below us in the basement which was brought to our attention by frightened children who were hearing noises late into the night. Turns out there were property managers living in the basement that was never disclosed. The oven did not work and there was no barbecue grill as advertised. There were stray dogs on the property on our last day so we kept the kids inside. I would run the opposite way rather than rent from this person again. When we reported all the problems, he refused to provide any solution and there were no repercussions. We paid an exorbitant amount of money and not worth it. The only positive was that we were together for a mini vacation with our kids and grandkids, which was our goal to begin with.
