The manager was awesome when we told her about a few problems and they were very attendant to get them taken care of. They were also great with letting us extend our stay for an hour and a half there was a fee, but we felt like it was good for our family to have an easier morning to check out

A great stay!

We stayed here for a family trip to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary with a trip to Disneyland. We had family members from ages 2 to 76. The house was very kid friendly with pool safety. We didn't see any kid toys in the house, but there were pool toys, strollers, a highchair, and a booster seat. There was an alarm on the door going out to the backyard which had to disarmed everytime someone went out or came back in. It was unsettling everytime the alarm went off, but we eventually got the hang of it. When we couldn't figure out the alarm, we were able to quickly reach the property management to help us. We enjoyed the game room and having lots of bathrooms. The living areas were spacious & large and all 14 of us were able to eat together. The neighborhood was nice & felt safe, also a short drive or about 30 min walk to Disneyland. We were happy with our choice and we had a really great time together!

Great location

Our family of 10 (grandparents, 4 adults, 1 teenager, three youngsters ages 8 & 9) comfortably fit in this well/located property. We loved that it was close to Disneyland, restaurants and stores. The house is old and creaky, but updates made it a comfortable place to stay.

Great family reunion home!

We really loved staying at this house! Fun to have the pool nice, big kitchen, lots of place for the family to gather in the dining room and close to Disneyland!

It's close to Disneyland....

The good: Location is great - very close to Disneyland which was our travel objective. Close to grocery stores. House is large. Pool is heated (for an additional fee). The strollers for guest use came in handy. Nice to have gas cooktop. Nice to have several large garbage bins. Outdoor area is nice. The not so good: The house is not updated. Stairs are chipped and in poor condition. The stair rail is not safe - large spacing between ballisters is not safe for small children. The bathroom downstairs is really small - can't call that a master. The kitchen utensils (knives specifically) could use updating. Overall okay. Sometimes a long delay in getting a response to questions but it was a holiday weekend. Fair price for large amount of guests.

House Amazing.City Laws Brutal

The house is absolutely perfect. Great pool hottub and tayout for a family group. Warning, if you havent VRBO in Anaheim the rental laws are ridiculous. No noise outside ever. Cant be outside or in Garage from 10pm-9am. Massive restrictions on people who can even stop bye the house and extreme restrictions on parking. Again, if you ate comfortbale with the rules the house is amazing and would recommend to tent. However, Amaheim city lays are very draconian.

Property was older looking than I expected. Some things inside the home had minor damage. Location was very nice, very quiet neighborhood. Very roomy, great for our 3 families. Kids enjoyed pool. Would probably rent again, even though it was a bit pricey.

Nice home for your Disneyland vacation

Took our three daughters and their family (6 grand kids) for a Disneyland vacation. This home met all of our needs. Nice master bedrooms, bunk rooms and backyard pool and spa. A number of cosmetic repairs needed; that did not take away from our stay, but makes it a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

Fantastic Stay!

My high school volleyball team and myself had a wonderful time staying at your home. The home was clean, roomie, many things to do (pool, pool table, ping pong table, games) It would be a home that I would love to book again.

Great, Spacious, Clean!

Very clean and spacious! Great place for multiple families. Backyard was beautiful. We liked that the pool was gated and secure, so the kids could not enter without an adult. Big living room and dinning area. Very close to Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again!

Great time with family

We had a great stay. Great neighborhood. Very close to a city park. Close to grocery store and restaurants. There was eleven of us. And we had plenty of room. The kids all had great time.

15 family members staying together there was plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved the games room and swimming pool. We did have a maintenance issue with a blown fuse in the kitchen but it was repaired within 24 hours of reporting. We would recommend to our friends.

Great Vacation Stay

This was a great vacation home. Great for large groups. The location is close to grocery stores, shopping centers, Disneyland, etc. The only few downfalls experienced was that there are mamy rules regarding the home (as for many short term rentals). Examples of which include, no swimming after 10pm, no utilizing the garage space after 10pm (they have a pool and ping pong table located in the garage) and extra fees for things such as having over three vehicles at the home ($25 per day to park on the street). We had a large group so a fourth vehicle was a must. Signs regarding fees are posted throughout the property as constant reminders. Getting in contact with the property manager was fairly simple. The pool is great. I would recommend this rental property and would be happy to book again in the future.

Great 2nd Home for Disneyland Experience

We had plenty of room for everyone. Nice to have three of the bedrooms with En Suite bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out after a long day. The pool was perfect for those late afternoons. Quick drive to the Disneyland parking garage!
