We were able to leave our car in the morning. Room was ready and we were given our keys in am. Courtesy breakfast was really good. Several hot options available. Only complaint was there was no hot water for shower in the morning, but we heard they had someone out right away to fix it. Loved being right across the street from Disneyland and able to walk over.

Very easy check in and check out. It was comfortable and very near restaurants. It was very closed to the parks which helps so much after a long day of walking with kids. Breakfast was good too! Only thing, it’s get very loud in the ground level. You can hear people talking, trucks unloading etc.

The property is very close to Disneyland and the room had a good amount of space but ear plugs are necessary and should be included in every room. Every night around 5am a garbage truck would come and pick up a large dumpster of trush right next to the hotel and it was so loud it felt like it was in our room. Then came the beeping when the truck backed up. If you want to sleep past 5am I would not stay here.

Supervisor Martha at the front desk and the rest of the staff at this hotel were exceptional! We were greeted with the warmest welcome, I could tell that Martha genuinely loves what she does. The rooms were beyond clean, the follow up on everything was extremely fast. We got a call after we arrived to make sure our room was to our liking and we were asked if we needed anything. The air conditioning in the room worked fantastic, I called the front desk for a blanket as we were leaving Disneyland that evening and it was in the room before I got there. In addition the free breakfast was awesome, fresh hot good every morning, coffee, juice and everything else you could think of. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!!!

Great customer service, very good hot breakfast options, good property condition, and a clean room. Unfortunately, there was a little issue with unexplained dirt in the sink for the last two days when we woke up (a clogged sink?) that might have been caused by upstairs. Other than that, all is good!
