This was a great hotel. It was super really nice and clean. Room are spacious if traveling with family/kids. Pool area was nice however closed early. Reason I didn’t give it a 5 was because check-in employee was rude, we weren’t greeted upon arrival, he continued talking with another employee as if I was not standing there. Also, I was there for 3 nights and housekeeping never came around to take trash. I had to pile it outside door and luckily we travel with extra towels. Other than those things the hotel itself is worth staying at.

We had a mostly pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable and the noise from neighbors was limited. There were three things that prevented it from being stellar: 1. The shower was very hard to operate-meaning to switch it from tub to shower was very difficult. Most days, I could only pull it halfway, so the water was split between the shower head and the tub faucet.That meant less pressure in the shower head and that you were standing in inches of water in no time. 2. We had to call the front desk twice: once for non-feather pillows and once for more towels since they skipped cleaning our room one day. Both times we had to call the front desk back after 90 minutes and ask when we should expect the pillows/towels. We would have been fine waiting if they had set that expectation. In both first calls though, they told us someone would be right there with our needs. 3. There were signs in our room and all over the lobby that mentioned waking up to all-natural bacon at their breakfast. Not once in the 6 days we were there did we ever see bacon at breakfast.
