THE ENCHANTED DISNEY HOUSE, having been originally built for Disney executives, is a fully renovated, beautifully decorated private "compound" located in a safe and quiet neighborhood less than a mile to Disneyland!

Vacation rentals close to Disneyland -- such as this home -- make sense if multiple rooms are required. Booking multiple hotel rooms is more costly, less private, crowded, noisy, no kitchen, no private Jacuzzi, and no outdoor space.

WHY CHOOSE THE ENCHANTED DISNEY HOUSE?

* Walk to Disneyland in about 20 minutes or take an Uber for less than the cost of parking.

* Privacy. This single-story, 3-bedroom home sits on a large corner lot. 2 queen beds, 1 full size bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper. Feels like a private resort. Pull into the garage and exit out into the mini "compound". Completely surrounded and private gated corner lot.

* Spectacular fireworks from Disneyland go off about 200 yards away every night at 9:30. Watch as you relax in the Jacuzzi.

* Enough secured parking for 2 cars. Private garage.

* Incredible home theater experience. 60' LED LCD HDTV flat screen with AMAZING ceiling-mounted surround sound for a true theater experience. Roku for streaming, DVD player, Blue-Ray, large library of Disney movies. Every bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen TV.

* High speed internet WIFI.

* Quiet and safe neighborhood.

* Laundry room.

* Ping pong table, natural gas barbecue, large private yard, fireplace (decorative only).

Notes:
We have 4 security cameras monitoring the periphery of the property, including the front yard, the back yard and the space between the house and the garage. There are no surveillance devices inside the house.
This property is not suitable for guests who are non-ambulatory (as defined in Chapter 2 of the California Fire Code).

Beautiful home in a quiet neighbourbood. The house was clean, well presented and in a great location with all of the amenities and space to enable our family of four to have a relaxing holiday.We were able to walk to Disneyland and the garage space enabled us to have a vehicle to access various restaurants close by. The owners and property managers were responsive and helpful, which was much appreciated being overseas travellers.Overall, this was a lovely property for our family. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay overall, the home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was clear and timely.The walk to Disneyland was doable, maybe 10-15 minutes longer than parking at Disney. We had young kids with us and they all did great with the walk.

This space was great for what we needed! We enjoyed the proximity to Disney and the different parking options. The hot tub was relaxing and my daughter was THRILLED with the toys/dresses in her room. The property manager was responsive and helpful.

Very nice house, super-close to Disney. We took Ubers to Disney each day--very quick pickup and dropoff. Spacious floor plan, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, hardwood floors (no rugs), nice garage for parking. A few disappointments though. There were very few toys/games for kids. One super old Sorry game, a broken car and truck. Nice grassy yard but no outdoor balls, etc. The ping pong table was completely broken and the jacuzzi spa kept heating up higher than the tempurature set. Also the clothes dryer kept stopping randomly mid-cycle. Manager and owner were somewhat responsive and sorry for inconveniences but there was nothing they could do for us during our 4 night stay. Overall a nice house, but promised amenities lacking.

Perfect House! Loved it!

This was a great place. So convenient to Disneyland and other places around Anaheim (baseball stadium, restaurants, etc). Even provided a remote for parking in the garage. Loved that! Hot Tub we as very clean. Nice kitchen. Massage chair in the living room too!

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The neighborhood looks like it is straight out of a storybook. We had a wonderful stay here as our homebase for Disneyland. Kitchen is well-appointed, bedrooms are spacious, and living areas were so comfortable that we felt like we were at home. We opted to drive to Disneyland, as the walk home would have been kind of brutal after a long day of walking at the parks. It's a super short 5 minute drive to parking garages, grocery stores, take-out food options, and anything else you'd need. The hot tub was so wonderful to relax in each evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our Disneyland trip

This was the perfect base for relaxing after long days at the theme parks. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to the playground that was at the end of the street and watching the fireworks from the back yard. Highly recommend!

Close to Disneyland, Ranch house

Nice location. Close to Disneyland. Though can walk to Disneyland, Disneyland makes it hard to drop off visitors so still ended up using Disneyland parking (otherwise a good 35 minute walk each way). Good house, odd thermostat but was able to switch to heat from cool eventually by reading manual. Had Babychair for toddler. Hot tubs works nice and can get view of Disneyland daily fireworks. Everything works, some appliances a little aged. Frig auto icemaker and filtered water does not work but have manual ability to make ice cubes. Nice and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.

Family Vacation

Perfect home for our stay! we were able to enjoy Disneyland home is located close enough to come back midday so the kids can rest and get in the hot tub and return to the park to finish out the night. House is fully equipped with everything you’ll need.

Disney family vacation.

This was a great property to stay at for our Disney vacation. We would definitely stay here again. It was a very nice location. We could see the Disney fireworks from the back patio. Had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean. Seemed like a safe neighborhood.

Best way to do a Disney week

Property was amazing. Hot tub is a game changer after the parks and the morning after. Communication was great. Plenty of towels! Even for the beach and hot tub! There were a few beach chairs and a foam cooler when we were there. There’s shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - good enough for a week of vacation if you don’t want to pack it. Plenty of space to hang out on “rest days”. We didn’t walk to the park- you could if you wanted to, but we’ve done that for years and now we splurge and drive over and park. It’s $35 a day. Uber is probably cheaper- but we also just wanted to leave when we wanted to leave. Etc. Some of the info in the guide book is a little outdated, but we did eat at the Orange roll and Sushi and it was SO good!! And on top of that the service was excellent! This house helped make our entire trip 10/10!

Disneyland FUN!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for our family trip to the LA area with a 20 yo and two 17 yos. We spent time in Malibu, Hollywood, and Disneyland/California Adventure. The house was clean and gave us room to spread out. We watched the fireworks from the house two days (once from the spa). We walked to Disneyland one day, but ended up driving the other days to save our legs. I would recommend this house to others.
