There was no hot water, the property has no ice machine, no cups, nothing. For Hotels that have suite like rooms you woyld expect more things avaible for Guest but no. Housekeepers were very rude i would asl for certain thigns they would ignore, say they dont have it or just answer in a rude manner. This property woudl be very good if they upkept it better, more cleaning and better staff at work.

Front office was locked despite property being open. Took twenty minutes of calling and knocking to get someone to come to the front - he was napping in the back. Rooms are filthy, sheets are stained, electrical work is exposed. Furniture looks like it was purchased from a second hand store in 2007. Walls are incredibly thin and we could hear neighbors quite clearly. A/C didn't work despite being incredibly loud. All in all, one of the worst excuses for a place to stay I've ever had the misfortune of visiting.

The room was big, but it was also was dirty. The restroom had mood. The room has cockroaches, the shower plumbing was loose and the shower head black with mood. The a/c unit sounds like helicopter was Landing. I wish I would have read the review before booking. All the bad reviews writen were true.
