"I liked that it was quite central. Staff was really lovely and helpful. It was fairly unpersonal and lacking charm! The outside needs desperate attention : painting and repair. The pool area and back of building was very poor : it needs updating and painted etc it really didn’t entice me to spend time around the pool. Bedroom and bathroom lovely and comfortable but our terrace looked out on the street and it was v noisy so it kept me waking up throughout the night. Breakfast was a very good offering! The jazz singer and band band was great on Friday night and a lovely surprise! It feels very big (unnecessary so) with huge empty space that lacks atmosphere big time. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel overall but staff were v nice!"

"We enjoyed staying in one of the poolside villas which offer lovely accommodation. Great facilities, including an excellent restaurant, spar and complementary morning yoga. The whole complex is very well looked after in amongst lovely gardens. "

"Very nice hotel with very good buffet style breakfast. There weren’t a lot of dining options in the immediate area but the staff gave excellent recommendations for restaurants that were a short taxi drive away. Quite close to the Imperial City as well."

"The BEST hotel in Hue.The location,the old world charming through out the hotel,the all super friendly staffs,the nice restaurant are unforgettable.There was a technical problem with our room.Although we were upsetted, we fully understand that it wasn't anyone's fault.But Ms.Tran Thi Minh Tam took extra care of us.She's a magician who turned an upsetted beginning into an unforgettable happy ending.She and her team made us regret that our stay was too short.And want to stay at more Azerai hotels."
