"The hotel team was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly. They don't nickel and dime you - everything was included other than the things you anticipate (dining, spa, etc.). The food was very good and it was a very short walk to the town which is great when it is so hot. The pool was lovely and our room was great. We also enjoyed the spa. "

The breakfast is exceptional, but there is room for improvement in the lunch/dinner menu as it lacks variety and can be quite dull. Furthermore, the mixed drinks are quite disappointing."

From the pickup at the airport, to check-in, to my wonderful room and the beautiful pool and ocean access. Nhi & Uyên....always checking on my comfort and stay. Very attentive and professional. Thank you. Housekeeping staying on top of my room needs was great. Really enjoyed their surprise snacks, sweets, and fruit plates. Mr. Hung, the director of food and beverage, and his entire staff of people working the bars and restaurants, were extremely kind and genuinely concerned about my overall satisfaction. Special thank you to everybody who was so kind...... My, working at Elyxr Bar. Great margaritas and always a beautiful smile on her face!
