The manager was great she really made the effort to make us happy . The room was much better but very noisy and we had to climb a step to get into the bed which was hard. The staff was great. The area around the hotel very dirty.

We loved the intimacy of the resort and the incredible attentiveness of the staff. The location was also fantastic, being right on the river and walking distance into the old town. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable even after a delayed check in. Highlight of the trip was using the bicycles to visit the city centre free of charge.
