Property is gorgeous inside. Love the design and rooms. Location superb. Only negatives were : AI features, like digital room key, proved difficult — and cleaning staff had already come into my room to turn it over, before check out time.

Hotel was a great location, cool room designs and great facilities. Keycard were digitally so ensure you have a power bank handy when staying here, however if you call from the front the staff can let you in but you need to rent a power bank inside which is next to the vending machine. Staff hours are short from what we experienced so they aren’t there 24/7. They offer complimentary coffee which only work 1 day whilst we was there for 4 days but you can’t help these things sometimes and when it was working it was a delight. They offered us to use the kitchen to make a complimentary drink which was nice and every interaction with staff was positive and helpful. The hotel room floor was dirty and could’ve done with a mop/hoover and a few touch ups in the room like wallpaper coming off could’ve been ideal. Besides that it was a lovely stay and that’s just me being pedantic.

This was such a great find. Clean, nice decor, en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning! It was such a reasonable price too. The common space includes an incredible outdoor patio with sofas. The location was great too. It's only a 6 minute walk to the tram and we walked home from the Anne Frank House in 45 minutes. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel was just okay. I don’t think this is really a 4-star boutique hotel - it was just average. But for the price, it’s not bad

Cute, clean, cold air conditioning. Our room had large windows into the courtyard- very pretty and a pleasant view. The room was very compact but manageable. Bed was fine but the pillows were not the most comfortable. The lobby/courtyard area downstairs was nice. Overall, we were satisfied with the room, including price and location.

Loved our in the canal view room. The room was nice and tidy. The hotel itself was nice with a convenient elevator so you don't need to lug you luggage up the stairs. There is also a nice garden courtyard even though we didn't use it. The free coffee machine in the lobby made us for the lack of kettle/kitchenette in the room. There is only staff available at the desk between 10am-3pm but as were sent mobile keycards as we checked in after hours which I found convenient. The location is excellent being in a quiet corner of the canals with easy access to trams. The neighbouring area De Pijp is very nice with market, lots of restaurants and a more local vibe. Would highly recommend.

We were in Amsterdam during a heat wave and the air-conditioning at this hotel worked perfectly. It was a small room, but all we really needed. The common area was unusual, but comfortable and bananas and oranges were provided.
