The room smelled like an absolute garbage dump. They were able to move our room for the second night, but the room we were in the first night smelled atrocious. The room we were in the second night smelled fine. The staff was nice.

Very well located & close to the station. Reception staff was friendly. Rooms are extremely small & has absolutely NO view outside of the hotel even though we paid for room with NO LIMITED view but the reception said these are the only ones they had. There was also a smell of sewage in the washroom.

The hotel is very nicely situated with perfect walking distance to everything. The room was quiet and nice. Most of the staff were very kind and friendly, however, the man checking us in was rude, unhelpful and made it seem as if we were a nuisance. It's a shame to have to write, because the rest of the staff were very nice, but truly, I've never before been met with such behaviour from staff at a hotel, anywhere in the world.

Perfect location and very comfortable bed! Those are the two must-haves for me when travelling, so I would stay here again for those reasons. Very effective air conditioning, but note this property is one that requires your key card inserted to power anything, so during extreme heat waves, it might take a little bit to cool down if you are out and about all day. The misses for me are as follows: As others have reported, the bathroom routinely had a horrible sewer smell. I just started mouth breathing whenever I went into the bathroom, and fortunately the smell was not noticeable in the main room with the bathroom door closed. The bathrooms looked overdue for a thorough scrubbing - pretty gross looking tile grout, but it appeared things were properly wiped down regularly at least. Never had any issues getting housekeeping and all the staff members I ran into during the several days of my stay were super friendly and helpful when needed. Poor shower pressure. Fortunately, I only needed to do one hair wash during my stay, but it took forever. Elevator only goes to second floor. I happened to be staying on the second floor so this was a non-issue for transporting myself and my luggage, but I also happened to be near the stairs, so could hear people dragging heavy luggage down them every morning. I use a white noise app to sleep so this did not disrupt me too much, but once awake in the mornings, the noise was very noticeable.
