エレベーターが無いと過去のコメントにありましたが、階段で上らないといけないのはフロントまでの10段だけで、そこから上の部屋へはエレベーターが使えます。 ダム広場からすぐの賑やかな場所にあるので、女性一人で夜に着いても大丈夫。 チェックアウト後、夕方まで荷物を預かってもらえたり、朝はちょっとおしゃれなカフェでモーニングが食べられたり、部屋はとても狭いけど清潔で、豪華なホテルを求めていないなら、お勧めします。

Location is excellent, right in the heart of town. Hotel is very dated, and you need to walk up stairs with your luggage. Breakfast was basic but nice, and restaurant manager was very accommodating. Would stay here if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Amsterdam.

The hotel was centrally located making it easy for us who attended the IBC at Amsterdam RAI to get off the metro at Rokin. Breakfast was superb with almost everything a continental breakfast should be. Many shops and restaurants nearby with some shops open until the late evening. Staff were extremely helpful with supplying maps etc for local interest. Reasonably priced for a hotel just off Dam Square. I certainly would book again if ever I was back in Amsterdam. Thoroughly recommended.

Stayed in this hotel in 2023 and once again this year and honestly nothing but positive feedback for the staff. Helpful, kind and accommodating. I would definitely still stay here if ever I come back in future. Amenities all included so no need to bring your own. Buffet breakfast so you’ll never start your morning with an empty stomach

Loved the location. Breakfast was good but not huge selection. Room was very small and not much space to put anything. No furniture, limited shelves. Not much of closet and heater was in there. We had to put our suitcases on floor against wall with limited space to walk around the bed.

The location and staff were 5 star. So helpful, sociable and welcoming. Breakfast was ideal and considering the location, it was quite quiet. Cost was very good for an Amsterdam hotel.

Room was so small and not good value after paying 430 euros for two nights, that my wife and I had to take turns in moving between the bed. Heating wasn't working well and female front office Manager came over to the room to fix it but couldn't. We had a mix of cold and hot fan working in the room. Location of the hotel was excellent, with great places to eat. If you are not too much into comfort in the room then this hotel is a good one. Breakfast just too ordinary. Night manager was very helpful in the early morning check out. Thank you

Il punto forte della struttura e' senza dubbio la posizione in pieno centro a due passi da Piazza Dam. Per il resto la struttura lascia a desiderare, camere piccole senza spazi adeguati e idem il bagno senza bidet. La pulizia comunque buona, colazione da migliorare.
