「Everything was nasty . 2 towels in a room for 4 people . Everything that should have been nailed to a wall was completely falling off . Tub looked like it been hit with a hammer . NO BREAKFAST. When asked for help with the waffle machine . Staff responded “i don’t know everything in this hotel is falling apart” I AGREE NEVER AGAIN. The hotel staff also CHARGED MY CARD BEFORE I CHECKED IN !!!! Absolutely terrible」

「The room and accommodations were as described prior to booking. The location and area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and the room was very clean even though we do extra wiping with disinfect and sanitary wipes. The staff was remarkably helpful and friendly. Everything we needed to accomplish was within a 5 miles radius, even the local Walmart. Thank you and we'll be returning again hopefully in October. 」
