I have reached out privately multiple times to try and request a refund. Have bedbugs (or some other bug bites after I slept in one of their beds} and a dirty room, we even had to check out early. Would not suggest staying here if you can help it

We enjoyed our stay this is a steal price wise ! The room was exceptionally clean , good hot water for a good hot bubble bath after days of travel and the air was good and cold and beds weee comfy . We slept well . We were woken up at 10 am by a knock on our door and a man entering my room so I was caught off guard and If they were housekeeping they did not announce themselves so I immediately packed up and left cause I can say it spooked me slightly .. only issue we had .. I would stay again but will definitely block off the door so no one will enter and possibly pack my firearm with me if I do !
