"Rooms: comfortable bed/pillows/sheets/towels, good shower, spacious, lovely balcony. Pools were great. Poolside service excellent. Food was tasty. Seaside massage was amazing! (Ask for the RMT’s certificate so you can claim it through insurance.) It’s worth it to get the premium level upgrade. The only con is that the beach is really small and the riptide is strong, so swimming can be challenging and “long walks on the beach” are not happening. The town of Mismaloya is also not very walkable. If wandering and exploring are your thing, this might not be the best choice. However, if you plan to lounge/float/sip by the pool you will love this hotel. "

"This place is really quite the paradise. Very secluded and beautiful. Food was really good and the staff was extremely accommodating and kind. My only downfall is this resort specifically said “adults only” and I took they very seriously. The back half of my 6 day stay I saw at least 3 kids and it really rubbed me the wrong way. Do not say “adults only” and then have kids swimming in the pool. I was very disappointed. I am still going to give it a 5 star rating because the views and the ambiance is breathtaking. It’s a little far from the main town so get ready for big uber bills and make sure they actually take visa if you plan to use a card. Some drivers didn’t understand and said they would take card and then we arrived and they didn’t take cards. They misunderstood what I was asking. Show them the physical card and ask. I would go back to this resort if I planned not to go to town half the time. Very relaxing - restful - beautiful. Get rid of the KIDS. "

"Great location for peace and relaxation. Rooms have been upgraded with a/c and roof above unit below palapa covering. Good parking and wifi. Breakfast included with stay. "

"Casa Gratitud was everything we hoped it would be. We enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home overlooking the bay. The home was clean and well appointed with most everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weeklong stay. Do be warned that there are 200 stairs from the trail to the house. We enjoyed the daily workout and the view is worth it!Make sure that the water taxi drops you off at the correct pier when you arrive as there are two in the town. We didn’t know and arrived to the wrong one. Yelapa is a charming town that is a welcomed break from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Everyone was so friendly and the fresh shrimp ceviche, guacamole, and groceries awaiting us at the house were a huge hit! Thank you Yanet!"
