「Excellent resort! 」

「Practicamente todo fue excelente, sin embargo, es notable que hace falta mayor capacitacion al servicio de atencion al cliente. No fueron groseros en ningun momento, pero les falta tener mas atencion a detalles, dar especificaciones para evitar retrasos y molestias en varios clientes. En general, mejorar los procesos de atencion al cliente que tienen en el hotel.」

「Beautiful property overlooking the bay, in the Wonderfull town of Boca!」

「CBB is conveniently located by the main pier. It’s away from the main town which makes it very quiet. The views are the best! The staff was incredibly helpful as well. There is about a .5 mile walk across the beach to town which can be a lot so be mindful. All in all, we’d stay here again if we were to revisit.」

「La Jolla is a small condo complex sitting up above beach level. There are stairs that lead to the small, quaint beach where you can have food, massages, rent kayaks/paddle boards, or hire out a boat excursion. We love it here. The one restaurant on property is excellent but isn't open year round. You might have to navigate a couple flights of stairs depending on condo but they were working on extending the elevator when we were there last.」

「My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Xinalani. The rooms and public spaces were beautiful. The food was outstanding. The service was kind and attentive. I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for years but this was the best trip. Being on a secluded private beach and watching all the wildlife was fantastic. The daily yoga class is not to be missed. Nearby is a fun walk to a waterfall, a small town to wander, and a longer hike to other beaches. 」

「Don't be fooled by this property post. When I rented, the post stated I was renting an "entire" property that had a pool. Not at all the case. This property is an apartment complex with shared amenities. The unit itself is a studio with two or three other apartments above it. There were entire families staying in the units above during our entire stay. The pool was occupied on a daily basis with kids for the duration. Was a material mis-post. 「The stay at Casa Corazon was wonderful. The property was everything that we needed. The location is great for getting around Yelapa and seeing the sights and the different restaurants. Tisana was great to work with and was very helpful when needed. We would stay at Casa Corazon again.」

Built on rocks In a hill side overlooking Yelapa bay. Run down furniture. 100ft steep crumbling stair way from public lane way - safety hazard. 」
