"We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room.
Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful.
The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour.
The apartment was spacious with very comfortable furniture. "

"Excellent hotel, very friendly and professional staff, the hotel is a bit far from the "action" in Puerto Vallarta, but this depends what you are looking for. Interesting mix of guests, young / old, Mexicans / Non-Mex variety, always had a good talk. For Golf courses you will need to drive approx 45-60 min, but the courses are very nice. There is a Scuba shop on-site, dive site in general are good and Dive Masters / Instructors very knowlegable."

"We loved the resort and all that the all inclusive had to offer. The options for food were fantastic! The view from the room was incredible! Our room was cleaned daily and most of the days we had our snacks refilled. The one downfall was our concierge, she was very nice and started out super helpful until we found this was all only to set us up for hearing about a timeshare. "
"I traveled from San Francisco, California for a girl's trip with my sister. We can a great experience at Los Arcos. The check in process was seamless. We arrived a couple hours before check in and within an hour our room was ready. The front desk worker spoke perfect english and spanish.
Location wise it is great for walking around and checking out different restaurants. We wanted to explore local restaurants, so we opted out of the all-inclusive option. we felt very safe walking at night by ourselves.
The room itself was great, A/C worked well, bed was comfortable, and shower was nice.
For my first trip to Mexico this was a great experience. i would definitely recommend Hotel Los Arcos to anyone.
TIP: we used grey line transportation to get to and from the airport- they were great. 10/10"
