「Excellent property with helpful staff and great room quality. I was staying for a special event and could not make use of the amenities to the fullest, but they looked fairly adequate」

「This place was quiet and clean and soooo comfortable.」

「There is an even-numbered wing and an odd-numbered wing in the hotel with two different sets of elevators- it would be nice to be told that when you check in! Also a huge part of customer service is understanding your customer- I drove 7 hours from Boston, arrived at 3:30pm exhausted - only to be told check in time is 4pm! - and was strictly...

「My experience has always been very good. The rooms are clean, staff are helpful and plenty of parking spaces. My only suggestion, for breakfast, is that bacon should be added to the menu. I was at the hotel this past Friday to Monday and bacon was not served at all, it would have been nice to have it served at least once. Overall, my experience has always been good.」
