「The staff was great! The property was beautiful. The fine dining was good. But our room could have been better. The blinds were filthy, My bed had something in it that needed brushed off before I laid down. The bathroom had hair on the walls and the molding was brown from lack of cleaning. This is a beautiful historic hotel. And the staff we encountered were great. But the cleaning staff needs to get better.」

「It was good, I would stay there again.」

「スタッフの方々の対応が、常ににこやかでとても良かった」

「Linens weren’t clean when I stayed here, but the room did the job. If you don’t mind a slightly run down situation, this works.」

「I absolutely loved our experience here at The Nook! This cottage has so much charm and so clean! The hosts thought of everything in order to accommodate the best stay! This is a true gem. My only criticism is the fact we now have to leave and go to a hotel for our next stop which is about 3 hrs away. Thank you so much for the fabulous accommodations!」

「Everything was great. Definitely rustic and secluded but was exactly as described.」

「Decent stay at a decent price. Helpful staff.」

「A good place to stay for the price」

「Polite and helpful front desk staff. Very comfortable bed!」

「Room was very clean as well as living and dining room. Staff did excellent job to accommodate us and breakfast was very good. Exterior entry as well as the porch floor, swing and chairs were a mess with bird poo and a stack of cardboard on the porch made the entry unpleasant」

「Excellent stay except for small issue when we checked in our room’s bathroom had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Staff was nice enough to upgrade us to a different and larger room. It’s obvious these facilities (villa rooms) are brand new so it’s expected that everything is very nice. All rooms have views of the lake and have porches to relax at. Restaurant is walking distance and the food was very good. Overall nice weekend stay. Just hope that as time passes they keep it in the same...
