Luxury cottage apartment situated in ’Old Ambleside’ featuring exposed oak beams, flagstone floors and cosy open fireplace yet only 200 yards from the shops and restaurants.. All on the Ground Floor:

Garden with patio and garden furniture. Parking permit for 1 car included. Visit England 4 Star. No smoking. Please note: The approach road to the property is steep.. This luxury Grade II listed, 17th-century Lakeland cottage apartment is situated in the enviable position of ’Old Ambleside’. The apartment offers luxury and charm in abundance, and is perfect for a romantic and relaxing stay at any time of year. It is nestled on a quiet lane in the conservation area amongst the oldest and quaintest properties, yet is only 200 yards from the shops, pubs and restaurants of this popular village. There are also an array of easy or strenuous walks direct from the door.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with many features, including original oak beams, a flagstone floor and an open, Lakeland fireplace which is central to the living area. In addition it offers many up to the minute facilities and home comforts, including large wrap around bath sheets and luxurious goose down duvet and pillows (non allergenic alternatives available if required). It also offers the use of a sunny garden to the rear with patio and seating for al fresco drinks.

Low White Stones offers contemporary styling whilst retaining cosy, traditional character and charm throughout to create a 4* luxury holiday home. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

A lovely stay for seven night in a cozy cottage, have stayed on Ambleside multiple occasions for the purpose of hiking and loved this cottage.One comment would be lacked some attention to detail in basic amenities that we had to purchase for a seven night stay such as washing powder, extra toilet roll and dishwasher tablets but not a problem reall...
