「Our family could not grasp the picturesque little cottage that we were going to stay in for three nights! They were over the moon!Hosts were so helpful and responsive!A few things to know:The road leading to the cottage is soooo narrow and windy. Be prepared to drive this 2 mile route over and over again. Also I just feel like for the amount each night costs at this cottage that a least a few more amenities should be included. Would wants to go out and buy toilet paper on their vacation after...

「Really lovely cottage in the middle of Ambleside. Parking is off-site about 5 minutes away from the property up a very steep hill which wasn’t made explicitly clear so bare that in mind. There is nowhere to quickly park your car to unload bags or collect the resident’s parking permit so you have to pay for parking first. The showers were nice but honestly quite dirty with lots of black marks (possibly mould) on the shower head and the silicone which put us off using one of them. Besides that...
