We have stayed at Reef House several times and parts of it are starting to look a little tired. The tracks for the sliding doors - to balcony, bathroom and cupboards- need servicing or replacing. Geneeal maintenance is lacking in parts.
Having recently stayed at a newly refurbushed hotel at Noosa this would probably be our preferencecrather than returing to Reef Housre

We loved our beach-side unit Alamanda stay - view from the balcony over the lovely gardens & wedding chapel to the Coral Sea was magic. Upper level recommended (we were glad we weren't at ground level as views restricted by shrubbery & less privacy). Downside for upper level are stairs to climb - no lifts at Alamandra. Not a problem for us but would severely impact anyone with mobility issues).

"A few good and a few bad Let’s start with the bad , for. 5 star place and paying 650 a night for 1 week , apparently I didn’t not have breakfast included, this was not told at checking in , you think they would have advised or least offer it at 650 a night.
