"Overall it was nice. We got in pretty late and the girl at the counter was pleasant for it being 2am in the morning. The only thing I can complain about is our shower was clogged and it took forever to drain. The beds were comfortable and it seemed like the place had a nice remodel. We were traveling with my dog and there wasn’t any grassy areas around so that was a bummer but overall our stay was okay for one night. "

"Staff very friendly. The room and facilities are clean and well maintained. They have plenty of oversized parking in the back which was great as I was towing a trailer. Check in/ out is easy. This is an iconic hotel and restaurant! Highly recommend!"

"The sleeper sofa cushions were ripped. When you pulled the first part out there was dirt or whatever else all over. Then the sheets had little brown carp all over. The clerk did apologize but I as very disingenuous!"

"Staff was amazing and were kind enough to offer a ground floor room because they noticed we were really tired. The room was really cold which was nice but the place was in need of remodeling. The room served its purpose and we just needed a place to relax. "

"Booked a comfort room because of the pictures on Expedia. The room was nothing like the photos, it was dated with old stuff and a ripped carpet. Went to reception and showed the lady the pictures on Expedia she agreed that we had not got what we booked. We were upgraded to a suite which did look like the photos. When we walked into the room it smelled like someone had used far too much very strong air freshener which was choking. No windows in the room. The hotel has worn and ripped carpets on walkways and broken tiles on the lift floor and other area near by. We were there on a Saturday and wanted to get a drink in the bar but because there was a band on we had to pay 10 dollars each to get in. "
