「We loved our stay at Quinta de la Rosa! The hotel and the surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful. The property is about 20mins walk from Pinhao, and getting a taxi from the station is recommended if you are coming by train as there is quite a hill. The room was comfortable and well maintained. We were in Amarela which is an annex a 3 min walk away from the main property with it's own pool and living space. 「I was never able to get to the hotel due to road closures caused by flooding in the area. The hotel never communicated to me via any means before hand. I made multiple attempts trying to get to the hotel through different roads and all ended up being closed at a some point. The sun went down and it was very dark. We were lucky to eventually drive out of the scary dangerous roads. A refund request was denied by the hotel. While I understand the policy, I don’t understand why the hotel never...
