「Priano is a lovely quiet town away from the maddening crowds in Positano, Amalfi etc, but those places are easy to get to from Villa Antica. Sitting on the wonderful patio, you hear nothing but local boys playing futbol after school on the courts below and church bells. Some great restaurants. Especially loved Il Pino and Kasai. 「Praiano was the perfect town to stay in if you enjoy a quieter experience. Positano and Amalfi are 15 minutes away by car in each direction. We loved this property and the view of the sea from the large patio was such a bonus. Plenty of restaurants and bars within minutes of walking. 「The photos just don't do the view justice. It was raining and chilly when we visited and the views were still spectacular. The steps (about 200? I think) to get up to the home are worth it. We enjoyed walking just up the street to have breakfast at the local cafe or dinner at the local restaurant, just as much as sitting on the patio enjoying a glass of wine and local meat we bought at the butcher who is across the street. 「Villa Lauro was a fabulous home away from home on the coast. We had no issues staying at the Villa. Giulia was a dream, and went above and beyond during our stay. From assisting us with a special birthday dinner one night at the villa to helping us locate and retrieve a bag that we left one night at a local restaurant, she was superb! It was very difficult to leave Villa Lauro. I hope to return to this very special place soon!」

「The view and location are amazing! The house is a bit outdated but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests must be able to walk and do multiple stairs to access. I would also recommend a luggage porter - we used Elide +39 366 811 1510 for departure and they were well worth the money! Maria is very responsive and helpful. The best contact we received from Maria was Alfonso at Atrani Luxury Service! Hands down the best and took very good care of our party of 8 during our entire visit...
