「We had a heavy rainstorm on the first day of our trip, and there was a leak in one of the bedroom window frames. Communication was quick and a maintenance person was quickly on-site to patch it up. The only negative comment I have is regarding the painfully slow internet. If that won't be an issue for you during your stay, then this place is just about perfect. We loved the location. The pool was perfect for the kids. The house was clean. And the effort to solve any problems we had was noticed...

「Inside is old. Wasn't clean. Food on counter and floor. Bathrooms were not very clean.Black stuff in vent of a/c unit in bottom bedroom. Part of deck rails were broke and not connected. Overall pretty disappointed in it.」

「The house was very nice and clean. The check in process was very easy. Communication with the host was awesome! They replied quickly with a question I asked. They allowed me to bring two small dogs with no issue! Great neighborhood. I will definitely rent this house again when I go back to Houston with a group. 」

「Home offers plenty of space for 6 guests, and the area is wonderful! Close in proximity to the local harbor, we found ourselves enjoying the local dining scene close to the water. Property is modern & well thought out for guests, rooms offer plenty of comfortable beds and location is close to NASA, fun bars/hangouts as well as HOU Hobby Airport. Owner was communicative & directions/access was super convenient. A definite bookmark for our next visit to the Lone Star State!!」

「Host was very responsive. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and our dog. The proximity to the beach was excellent; it was about a three minute walk, which was great. Very affordable for such a clse location.」

The Host was very responsive and quickly rectified the issue even it was user error . Couldn’t ask for a better property, location, and price for a family vacation.
