● Community Amenities: The home is conveniently located within walking distance of several Clear Lake Shores community parks with playgrounds, fishing piers, and boat ramp access.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is space for 2 cars under the carport plus 3 more on the side of the driveway.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Casa Clara’s inviting outdoor space is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Whether you seek cozy winter evenings around the firepit or delightful summer barbecues, the home`s outdoor features fill your every desire.

Upon entering Casa Clara, you are presented with three options: a staircase leading to restful bedrooms, a living room for gathering with loved ones, and a kitchen for culinary adventures.

The living room boasts two comfortable couches, a decorative fireplace, and a half bathroom. Around the corner, you`ll find a wet bar and impressive casement windows overlooking the backyard and patio.

As you ascend the stairs, you`ll be greeted by three separate bedrooms, providing ample space for kids or adults.

The kitchen, located on the first level to the right of the stairs, is fully equipped with various pots, pans, utensils, and cooking necessities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a door leading to the outdoor amenities, including a fire pit, comfortable seating, and a BBQ grill, inviting you to sit back and enjoy the natural beauty of your surroundings.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
