Shower only enclosed on one side with shallow floor and poor drainage. You have about 4 minutes of shower time before water spills out into the bathroom. Only one small elevator. Staff were polite and lobby was cute with good selection of services including coffee and breakfast. "In all regards, the hotel was outstanding. Classic Swiss hospitality made for a very snug and welcoming place to stay. Kudos to staff, all of whom were courteous and friendly. I would add that the negronis in La Perla were superb!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. The shower was amazing—spacious, excellent water pressure, and stocked with really nice hair and body products, which was a thoughtful touch.
Our favorite part was sitting on the patio and taking in the beautiful view of the charming Swiss village. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
The staff at the front desk were genuinely warm and welcoming, and the lobby...
